We found the beds very comfortable and there was no noise which ensured a good nights sleep. The breakfasts were very good with plenty of choice
The biggest problem (and in our opinion a major one) was the fact that residents had to dine in the bar/lounge in the evenings. We could not understand why the Seasons Resturant was used for breakfast but not for dinner. We did notice however that the dining room was open for evening meals for Abbey Travel. This made us feel like "second class citizens" and we were forced to use the bar. As this was a leisure break and dining in a resturant is part of the experience we were very disappointed. The bar is not really conducive to dining. the ambiance is not really there. For this reason we would not recommend the hotel to any of our friends.
